  JCL-TS High-Efficiency New Composite Sludge Conditioner is an organic high-efficiency sludge dewatering agent.It has a very low molecular weight but a strong charge neutralization ability,providing superior sludge coagulation compared to inorganic salts such as calcium salts.It offers rapid sludge-water separation and is specifically designed for sludge dewatering.This product can stabilize negatively charged colloidal particles,forming micro-flocculations.The resulting small sludge particles are easier to dewater.Overcoming the shortcomings of conventional conditioners,this product thoroughly breaks down and releases water from the organic matter in the sludge,and through separation,causes sludge flocculation and aggregation,achieving maximum sludge-water separation.The addition of a liquid framework greatly improves the permeability of subsequent dewatering processes,preventing filter media clogging,reducing equipment wear and maintenance,and significantly improving work efficiency.Simultaneously,this sludge conditioner shortens sludge drying time and improves drying efficiency.

Main Features
  Replaces inorganic salt products,reducing sludge volume;

Instructions for Use
  Add the sludge conditioner directly to the reagent tank,then add it to the sludge system through a metering pump.Adjust the dosage of the metering pump according to the sludge flow rate and solids concentration to achieve the optimal reagent concentration.
  The general concentration of the reagent used is 0.1-0.5%,but the specific concentration should be adjusted according to the on-site conditions.
Packaging,Transportation,and Storage
  This product is packaged in sealed plastic drums,available in three specifications:net content of 25Kg,200Kg,and 1000Kg per drum;or packaged according to customer requirements.
  Transported by road or rail,with self-pickup or door-to-door delivery as per the contract;handle with care during transportation,avoiding exposure to sunlight and rain or inverting.
  The product should be stored in a cool,dry warehouse.The product shelf life is twelve months.
