　　This product is an oil-soluble settling agent formulated with a positively ionic aliphatic quaternary ammonium salt,a non-ionic esterified alkylphenol resin,and a vinyl-containing surfactant.It is mainly used to remove catalyst particles carried in slurry from catalytic cracking units,reducing the Si+Al content in the slurry.

Instructions for Use
　　This product is oil-soluble with suitable viscosity and pour point.It can be diluted with hydrotreated heavy diesel oil and injected into the slurry delivery pipeline using a metering pump.The concentration of the reagent used is generally 300-1000 ppm relative to the oil slurry volume.The specific dosage should be initially determined based on laboratory tests and adjusted during actual use.The temperature should be controlled at 70-95℃during oil slurry settling,and the settling time should be≤48 hours.Take precautions during operation to avoid contact with skin and eyes;if contact occurs,rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
Packaging,Transportation,and Storage
　　This product is sealed in iron or plastic drums,each with a net weight of 170 kg,or packaged according to customer requirements.
　　It is transported by truck or train.Self-pickup or door-to-door delivery is available according to the contract.Handle with care during transportation,avoiding exposure to sunlight and rain,or inverting the container.
　　The product should be stored in a cool,dry warehouse,away from fire sources.The product's shelf life is twelve months.
