Trichloroisocyanuric Acid Tablets

Trichloroisocyanuric acid (TCCA) disinfectant tablets are a broad-spectrum disinfectant primarily composed of trichloroisocyanuric acid. It generates hypochlorous acid through hydrolysis, disrupting the structure of microorganisms and achieving efficient sterilization. TCCA, with a high chlorine content (about 90%), releases hypochlorous acid (HClO) and isocyanuric acid after hydrolysis. Hypochlorous acid destroys microbial cell membranes and enzyme systems through oxidation.
